Have we mentioned how much we love a multi-purpose condiment? This one can lean in an Asian or a Middle-Eastern direction, be tossed through noodles, drizzled over roast vegetables or grilled meat and will generally add excitement to your table and zest to your life. This dressing is a perfectly balanced blend of white miso and tahini (sesame paste), with a dash of maple syrup for its mellow sweetness and lime juice and rice vinegar for tang. Defrost and shake before use. Serving size 250ml.

Shake well and use as a dressing with any Asian or Middle eastern salads or vegetables dishes. Toss through soba noodles with julienned raw vegetables, spring onions and toasted sesame seeds and serve with the ginger-soy salmon on the Favourites menu or roast diced vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, eggplant, mushroom - you name it) till browned and soft, drizzle with plenty of dressing and fold through rocket or baby spinach leaves.
