
Mint and coriander chutney
Unlike a sticky chutney from a jar, this fresh, green blend of herbs, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice and yoghurt gives a healthy lift to either the Madras beef or the dal. Any leftovers would make a delicious sauce for spiced, grilled lamb cutlets or fish too. Vegetarian. Not suitable for freezing. Gluten Free.
