Sweet potato, kale and chickpea curry
Serve with a collection of curries, like the Lamb Roghan Josh with spinach, or on its own with steamed basmati rice or spiced rice and a fresh chutney - try whizzing together coriander, mint, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt - or a simple chopped tomato, red onion and coriander salad.
Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.
Defrost fully, then reheat gently in a saucepan or microwave-safe container, stirring occassionally, until piping hot. Do not over stir as the sweet potato can break up easily.
Serve with basmati rice, yoghurt and chutneys if you like.
