Home-made hummus
This home-made hummus has none of the strange and unnecessary additions you can find in shop-bought versions (we bought some out of interest and it had three different acidity regulators, sugar, two thickeners and two preservatives - mmmm, yum). Order some on its own as a healthy snack with vegie sticks or as part of a Middle Eastern spread with the spiced koftas, chopped tomato and cucumber, chilli sauce and pita bread.
Chickpeas, cumin, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water, sodium bicarbonate, salt.

Sesame.

While we make every effort to ensure dishes are free of cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.
