Green Tahini Sauce
Aside from tahini (obviously), the main ingredient in this sauce is lots of fresh green herbs - parsley and coriander. We blend them with the tahini (sesame paste), a bit of toasted cumin and coriander, some garlic and lemon juice and then thin it down to a good consistency - somewhere between a drizzle and a dollop.
