It only contains three ingredients - icing sugar, butter and brandy but there is something magical about the way they come together and, given enough beating, whip up into something pale, fluffy and perfect.

Fresh product, suitable for freezing. Defrost fully before consuming. Once defrosted, consume within 7 days.
Take it out of the fridge for half an hour before serving to soften slightly and serve scooped onto the hot Christmas pudding.
