Gingerbread and royal icing kit
Plain flour, butter, caster sugar, ginger, cinnamon, golden syrup, bicarb soda, salt, free-range egg yolks, milk.
Icing: pure icing sugar, free-range pasteurised egg whites.

Frozen product. Defrost fully before cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 7 days.
This will come as one tub of dough and another of icing - all you need to do is the fun part, rolling out the defrosted gingerbread and cutting it into stars, rounds, men, Ninjas - whatever takes your fancy - then ice with the ready-made royal icing.
