Gingerbread and royal icing kit
Sugar, plain flour, butter (cream, salt), egg, egg white, milk, ginger powder, cinnamon, sodium bicarbonate, golden syrup (cane sugar, water), salt
Frozen product. Defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 7 days.
Leave out of the fridge for an hour to soften before rolling and baking.
This kit includes one pack of traditional gingerbread dough and one pack of ready-made royal icing - enough gingerbread for 1 house or about 30 medium biscuits.
