
Gingerbread and royal icing kit
This is a classic, old-school gingerbread mix - flour, eggs, butter, sugar, golden syrup and spices. We mix it into a soft dough and shape it into slabs. The icing is just a thick and sticky mixture of eggwhites and icing sugar - it's got to be thick enough to stick house walls together!
Plain flour, butter, caster sugar, ginger, cinnamon, golden syrup, bicarb soda, salt, free-range egg yolks, milk.
Icing: pure icing sugar, free-range pasteurised egg whites.

A glass of milk or a cup of tea. All ingredients included for gingerbread and icing included and detailed instructions.
Frozen product. Defrost fully before cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 7 days.
This will come as one tub of dough and another of icing - all you need to do is the fun part, rolling out the defrosted gingerbread and cutting it into stars, rounds, men, Ninjas - whatever takes your fancy - then ice with the ready-made royal icing.
