27. Cranberry and apple relish
We've changed up the recipe for this relish, adding apple and removing cardamon and generally making it the best possible version of itself. It starts with some cooked down onion and garlic, then we add apples, cranberries, orange juice and zest and a splash of port. The relish simmers gently till thick, red and delicious.
