25. Herb butter for cocktail potatoes
Tossed through the cocktail potatoes for Christmas, or melted over a piece of grilled salmon or steak, this is a handy little condiment to have up the filmy sleeve of your holiday kaftan. It’s a simple mix of butter compounded with mint, parsley, chives and seasoning and will spread a bit of green cheer wherever you choose to use it.
Butter, parsley, chives, mint, salt, pepper.

Suitable for freezing. Defrost before using.
Scoop a couple of tablespoons of the butter out and toss through hot potatoes.
