Dinner Ladies Vinaigrette
A simple, classic salad dressing of extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Shake well and toss through the baby spinach and rocket leaf mix or any salad. Also works well on lightly steamed or blanched green vegetables - beans, asparagus or sugar snap peas. 200ml - enough for at least 5 salads. Keeps well in the fridge.
Extra virgin olive oil, chardonnay vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt.
