The  hardest part of prepping this dish is sticking it from the freezer to the fridge to defrost overnight so you can wake up to an incredibly delicious, super-healthy breakfast without, and this is the crucial part, having to lift a finger in the morning, when time and energy may possibly not be as abundant as one might wish.

Defrost information: defrost overnight in the fridge. Keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
