Chinese pancakes with hoisin sauce

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

Made by hand (but not by us!!) with flour, vegetable oil and water. We also include a sachet of hoisin sauce for the pancakes. 

INGREDIENTS

Chinese pancakes: flour, vegetable oil, water.

Hoisin sauce: sugar, soybean, salt, rice vinegar, red chilli, garlic, water, potato, sesame oil, plum, lemon

ALLERGENS

CONTAINS:
Gluten, Sesame, Soy.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF:
Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Dairy, Shellfish, Fish, Egg, Lupin.

GOES WITH

Perfect for wrapping our char siu pork, with some julienned shallots, batons of cucumber and some hoisin sauce.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 24 hours. Best cooked from frozen. 

TO REHEAT: Remove sachet of hoisin sauce. Place frozen in a bamboo steamer over boiling water and steam for 1-2 minutes or until soft and warm. Alternatively, wrap in cling film and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until soft and warm.
