We soak black turtle beans and mix them with tempeh and cooked onions, garlic and carrots.  We add pecans and pepitas for crunch, maple syrup for sweetness, extra flavour from tomato paste and soy sauce and finally some heat with a little sriracha.  These nutritious, nutty, hearty, vegie burgers are then formed into burgers and frozen - ready for you to fry up or barbeque.
