9. Green herb mayo
We don't make our own mayonnaise for this - not out of laziness (the very idea!) but to keep it safe for our pregnant and elderly customers. So we use a good quality, whole-egg commercial mayo and then zhoosh it up with loads of herbs - basil, mint, dill and parsley - and a few blended cornichons (baby gherkins) and garlic for punch, lemon juice and zest for tartness.
Whole egg mayonnaise, basil, parsley, mint, dill, cornichons (baby gherkins), lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic.
CONTAINS:
Egg.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF:
Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Gluten, Dairy, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, Soy, Sulphites .
PLEASE NOTE:
While we make every effort to ensure dishes are free of cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.
