Universal stir fry sauce

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

With a bottle of this in your fridge, you'll always be only minutes away from a brilliantly balanced stir fry, whether you're wokking up some veg to go with one of our dinners, or making a full stir fry from scratch.

It's a thick, slightly sweet, slightly salty blend of soy sauce, shaoxing wine and oyster sauce, spiced up with some minced ginger and garlic and can go in any Asian direction - Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, you name it.  Suitable for freezing; defrost fully before using.

INGREDIENTS

Garlic, ginger, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, caster sugar, cornflour.

Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Dairy, Fish, Sesame, Egg, Lupin.

250ml - enough for about 4- 6 dinners

GOES WITH

Beef strips marinated with black beans and broccoli, fish fillets with ginger and spring onions, chicken with red capsicum, onions and cashew nuts... pretty much any combination of protein, veg and herbs or nuts.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. 

Remove from the fridge half an hour before cooking and shake well before use.

Stir-fry any prepared vegetables and/or marinated chicken, pork, beef or tofu till tender. Splash in a few tablespoons of stir fry sauce to coat and serve with rice or noodles.
