Universal stir fry sauce
With a bottle of this in your fridge, you'll always be only minutes away from a brilliantly balanced stir fry, whether you're wokking up some veg to go with one of our dinners, or making a full stir fry from scratch.
It's a thick, slightly sweet, slightly salty blend of soy sauce, shaoxing wine and oyster sauce, spiced up with some minced ginger and garlic and can go in any Asian direction - Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, you name it. Suitable for freezing; defrost fully before using.

Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks.
Remove from the fridge half an hour before cooking and shake well before use.
Stir-fry any prepared vegetables and/or marinated chicken, pork, beef or tofu till tender. Splash in a few tablespoons of stir fry sauce to coat and serve with rice or noodles.
