This is a fabulously versatile side dish which gives a chilli kick to the rendang, Balinese curry or any other Asian dish - plus it's awesome with bacon and scrambled eggs (especially if feeling a little under the weather). It's a pungent blend of tomatoes, chillies (and we're not holding back on them), garlic and shrimp paste, stir-fried until shiny and reduced. Serving size is 200ml. Defrost before using.
