This is such a useful finishing sauce to make a quick Asian dinner or side dish to go with the Balinese chicken curry or marinated salmon in about the time it takes to dial a takeaway. And if you have our Dinner Ladies Growers' Box, then you'll have a fabulous variety of veg to choose from! Heat a wok with some mildly flavoured oil and stir-fry any prepared vegetables and/or chicken or meat until cooked and tender. Defrost fully then toss through enough sauce to coat and serve with rice or noodles. Keep in the fridge and use within four weeks of opening.

Stir fry a mix of vegetables (choy sum, sliced onion and red capsicum, for example) till crisp but tender, splash in a few tablespoons of the sauce and serve alongside the Balinese chicken curry or Asian marinated salmon or toss in some sliced sous-vide chicken breast fillet at the end of cooking time to just warm through. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
