We use fresh, Tassie Huon salmon and mix it with pulsed, cooked sweet potato and broccoli, with a hint of dill and lemon zest, bound with egg and rice flour, and roll into small patties. These make a perfect, complete toddler dinner, with tomato sauce on the side for dunking/smearing.

Please note this product contains raw fish and should be fully cooked before consumption.  While every effort has been made to ensure that the salmon is bone and scale free, please be aware that some may remain.

Pan-fry in an oiled non-stick frying pan for 2 minutes (from defrosted) or 3-4 minutes a side (from frozen) or until cooked through. 

Defrost information:  defrost overnight in the fridge, although you can also cook these straight from frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours.
