
Salmon, sweet potato and broccoli bites
We use fresh, Tassie Huon salmon and mix it with pulsed, cooked sweet potato and broccoli, with a hint of dill and lemon zest, bound with rice flour, and roll into small patties. These make a perfect, complete toddler dinner, with tomato sauce on the side for dunking/smearing.

Serves four little children
A squeeze of lemon or tartare or tomato sauce.
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
Please note: this product contains raw fish and should be fully cooked before consumption. While every effort has been made to ensure that the salmon is bone and scale free, please be aware that some may remain.
NB This dish is intended for toddlers and small children. Adults may wish to add extra seasoning.
Cook in an oiled non-stick frypan for 2 minutes a side (from defrosted) to 3-4 minutes a side (from frozen), or until cooked through.
