Sprinkle with sliced spring onion and chilli if you wish and serve with lime or lemon wedges.
You can also serve with some steamed vegetables dressed with soy and sesame oil (we like a mixture of enoki mushrooms, spring onions and and asparagus or broccolini) and rice, noodles or even mashed potato.
Goes fabulously with our roast vegetable and soba noodle salad.

DEFROST INFORMATION: Defrost fully before cooking. Remove plastic film and place in a preheated 200C oven for 15-18 minutes or until the snapper is just cooked. Check with a fork to make sure that it flakes.
