HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

I wouldn't trust the person too sophisticated to get a little thrill out of making prawn crackers (or pappadums, deep-fried noodles, popcorn... anything magically puffed up by heat). You take something that looks like a dried piglet's ear, drop it into hot oil and, whoof! You have a crisp, moreish cracker, ready to scoop up some salad or curry, or just snack on with drinks. We're supplying packs of 250g, which should be enough for a few sessions of mild suburban magic. Gluten free.
