This delicious tagine covers all bases - with snapper, kipfler potatoes, green olives and red capsicum in a base of tomato and stock scented with saffron, cinnamon and paprika. 
Instructions: To microwave from frozen, pierce the film a few times and heat for 4 minutes, then peel back the film and gently stir. Microwave for a further 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. If defrosted, pierce the film and microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring once. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving. 
To cook in the oven, remove the plastic film, cover with foil, and place in a preheated 180C degree oven for 40-45 minutes from frozen or 20 minutes from defrosted,  or until completely cooked through. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
