Satay chicken curry
Free-range chicken breast, coconut milk (coconut extract, water, vegetable gum (guar gum)), onion, peanuts, chicken stock [water, free range chicken bones, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), garlic, bay leaves, parsley, black pepper], lime juice, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), garlic, rice bran oil, sugar, curry powder, salt, paprika, cumin ground, turmeric, coriander ground, kaffir lime leaves, birds eye chilli
Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. This product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Defrost fully, then heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and seal the chicken on both sides, before pouring in the satay sauce and simmering for 4-5 minutes or till the chicken is cooked through and sauce is hot.
Serve with steamed jasmine or coconut rice, a squeeze of lime and extra chili if you like.
