Tamarind chicken with rice noodles
Coconut milk (coconut extract, water), free range chicken thigh, rice vermicelli [rice flour 89%, water], fish sauce (anchovy extract 77%, salt, sugar), rice bran oil, sugar, tamarind paste (tamarind 65%, water), spinach, coconut cream (coconut kernel extract, water), lime juice, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, coriander ground, cumin ground, turmeric, birds eye chilli, kaffir lime leaves, lime zest.
Frozen product. Reheat from frozen or defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. Remove the plastic lining from tray before recycling along with cardboard sleeve.
Pierce the plastic film several times.
Defrosted: Microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring half way through till piping hot. Alternatively, empty into a small saucepan and simmer gently till heated through.
Frozen: Microwave for 7-8 minutes, stir the chicken through the noodles and microwave for a further 1-2 minutes till piping hot.
Microwave ovens vary considerably. Please adjust heating times if necessary.
