It contains all the essential ingredients for a textbook parfait. Fresh livers cooked in butter, eschallots, garlic, thyme, bay leaf. Seasoned well with black pepper and salt, sweetened by malmsey and cognac. Emulsified all together and set with a port jelly to create a silky texture with a uniquely balanced flavour profile.

Remove from the plastic vac bag and serve immediately. Once opened, store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 72 hours. This product will oxidise once opened, so best to consume it fast.
