We steam Desiree potatoes until just tender, then toss them in a mix of fresh rosemary, garlic, thyme, salt, lemon zest and rendered duck fat until lovely and coated. They're then packaged in a convenient foil tray, ready for you to bake at home for a crisp and crunchy texture that only duck fat produces. Yum!

Preheat oven to 240C. Peel back the film from the tray and roast in the oven for 55-60 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
