19. Duck fat potatoes
We steam Desiree potatoes until just tender, then toss them in a mix of fresh rosemary, garlic, thyme, salt, lemon zest and rendered duck fat to coat them well. They're then packaged in a convenient foil tray, ready for you to bake at home for a crisp and crunchy texture that only duck fat produces.

Turkey, ham, duck confit, the salmon... need we go on? What doesn't go with roast potatoes?!
Fresh product, not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated and consume before use by date.
Preheat oven to 240C. Peel back the film from the tray and roast in the oven for 55-60 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
