HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

We steam Desiree potatoes until just tender, then toss them in a mix of fresh rosemary, garlic, thyme, salt, lemon zest and rendered duck fat to coat them well. They're then packaged in a vac bag, ready for you to finish baking at home for a crisp and crunchy texture that only duck fat produces.

Desiree potatoes, rosemary, garlic, pepper, duck fat, lemon, thyme, salt.

GOES WITH

Turkey, ham, duck confit, the salmon... need we go on? What doesn't go with roast potatoes?!

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Fresh product, not suitable for freezing.

Preheat oven to 200C. Remove potatoes from the vac bag. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread potatoes out evenly so there is space between them. Roast for 50-55min, or until golden brown and crisp, turning the potatoes a few times during cooking.
