Bang Bang Chicken Salad

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

The salad is a mix of baby cos lettuce, cucumber, carrots, snow pea sprouts and spring onions; on the side we'll supply sous-vide free-range chicken breasts (which you can shred) and the deliciously nutty, slightly fiery, salty and sweet bang bang sauce. 

INGREDIENTS

Free-range chicken, salt, baby cos, carrots, spring onions, snow pea sprouts, cucumber. Bang bang sauce: peanut butter, chilli bean paste, caster sugar, soy sauce, black rice vinegar

GOES WITH

Some noodles or rice as a base will make the dish go further Can also serve in crusty rolls or wrapped up in rice paper rolls with some coriander and chilli.

PREP, COOK AND SERVE

The chicken is fully cooked - open the packet and pour off any excess juice and shred or slice the breast into bite-size pieces.  Empty the salad tub into a bowl, add the shredded chicken and dressing and toss together.
