We steam sushi rice and dress it with rice vinegar. Separately, we cook sliced Chinese cabbage, diced carrots and edamame and then stir fry free-range chicken mince with onions and garlic and dress it with soy and mirin. We top the rice with the chicken and veg and we're good to go!

For best results, defrost before heating. Please note, this dish comes in a microwave-safe container. Just ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.

Small: pierce the film and microwave for 6 minutes (12 minutes from frozen) or until piping hot. Mix gently half way through the heating time. Alternatively, remove the plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 200C oven for 20-25 (from defrosted) to 45 minutes (from frozen). Serve with a fried egg and chilli sauce if you'd like.

Large: pierce the film and microwave for 12 minutes (24 minutes from frozen) or until piping hot. Mix gently half way through the heating time. Alternatively, remove the plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 200C oven for 35 (from defrosted) to 70 minutes (from frozen). Serve with a fried egg and chilli sauce if you'd like.
