We steam sushi rice and dress it with rice vinegar. Separately, we cook sliced Chinese cabbage, diced carrots and edamame and then stir fry free-range chicken mince with onions and garlic and dress it with soy and mirin. We top the rice with the chicken and veg and we're good to go!

PLEASE NOTE - this dish comes in a microwave-safe foil container. Ensure that you place only one tray in the microwave at a time and that it has room to move freely.

SMALL: pierce the film and microwave for 6 min (from defrosted) to 12 min (from frozen), mixing gently halfway through reheating. Alternatively, remove the plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 200C oven for 20-25 (from defrosted) to 45 minutes (from frozen).

LARGE: pierce the film and microwave for 12 min (from defrosted) to 24 min (from frozen), mixing gently halfway through reheating. Alternatively, remove the plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 200C oven for 35 (from defrosted) to 70 minutes (from frozen).
