Satay chicken and jasmine rice

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

The same addictively delicious free-range chicken and peanut sauce on a bed of steamed jasmine rice. To microwave from frozen, pierce the film a few times and heat for 4 minutes then peel back the plastic film and gently stir. Microwave for a further 2-3 minutes or until heated through. If defrosted, microwave for a total of 4 minutes, stirring once. To reheat in the oven, remove plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes from frozen or 20 minutes from defrosted or until completely heated through. Allow to rest for one minute. 

INGREDIENTS

Free-range chicken, onion, peanuts, chicken stock (bones, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, water, parsley, peppercorns, bay), coconut milk, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, paprika, curry powder, garlic, birds eye chillies, rice bran oil, kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), soy sauce, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, salt, jasmine rice. (PEANUTS, SOY, GLUTEN)
