ou just need to prep some vegies and fire up the wok. Defrost the chicken and sauce, then heat a wok or large frying pan and swirl around some mildly flavoured oil. Add the chicken and stir fry, flipping and turning till opaque and just cooked. Remove to one side while you stir fry whatever vegetables you'd like till crisp but tender - add a splash of water to help if necessary. Return the chicken to the wok and toss the sauce through to coat chicken and vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles.
