Herby chicken burgers
We fry onions and garlic with salt till soft and sweet and then combine with free-range chicken mince, parsley and coriander, lemon zest and a touch of garlic.
We then form them into patties, place on a tray ready for the freezer. You then have the easiest of dinners to feed the troops. Try it in buns with the works and chips, or on a ladylike pile of salad with a squeeze of lemon.

Serve on a toasted milk bun with shredded lettuce, tomato, avocado and aioli. Or try it with guacamole, pickled red cabbage and rocket.
LOW CARB: ditch the bun and serve with a mixed salad of whatever leaves you like, plus finely sliced onion, fennel and a lemon juice/olive oil dressing.
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Cook on a preheated, lightly oiled barbecue hotplate or frying pan over medium heat for 5 min per side (from defrosted) to 7 min (from frozen) until golden and cooked through.
