We marinate strips of free-range chicken breast fillet in ginger, garlic, oyster and soy sauces, five spice and honey.  In addition to the marinated chicken, we provide you with a sweet and salty finishing sauce and toasted cashew nuts. 

This is dished up in a dual compartment tray with the marinated chicken on one side and the sauce and nuts in the other.

This dish is ready to be flung in the wok with whatever vegetables take your fancy.

PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.

TO COOK: Heat some mildly flavoured oil in a wok or frying pan, then add the chicken, flipping and stirring for about 4 minutes or until just cooked, then set aside. 

Add some prepared stir fry vegetables (not supplied) and cook until just tender. Return the chicken and its juices to the pan, stir through the sauce and serve, topped with cashew nuts.

DEFROST INFORMATION: defrost chicken and sauce fully before cooking.  May be defrosted overnight in the fridge.  Keep refrigerated and cook and consume within 48 hours. 

Add vegetables of your choice - broccoli, bok choy, choy sum, red pepper, spring onions, mushrooms.

Serve with coconut or basmati rice or noodles.
