We marinate strips of free-range chicken breast fillet in ginger, garlic, oyster and soy sauces, five spice and honey and then vacuum seal tightly.

In addition to the marinated chicken, we provide you with a tangy finishing sauce and a tub of toasted cashews.

This dish is ready to be flung in the wok with whatever vegetables take your fancy.

PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.

TO COOK: defrost before cooking.  Heat a wok or large frying pan and add some oil, then the chicken, flipping and stirring for about 4 minutes or until just cooked, then set aside. 

Add some prepared stir fry vegetables (not supplied) and cook until just tender. Return the chicken and its juices to the pan, stir through the sauce and serve, topped with cashew nuts.

DEFROST INFORMATION: May be cooked straight from frozen or defrosted overnight in the fridge.  Keep refrigerated and cook and consume within 48 hours. For a quick defrost, place sealed bag in room temperature water and ensure that you finish cooking within 2 hours of starting the defrosting process.

Add vegetables of your choice - broccoli, bok choy, choy sum, red pepper, spring onions, mushrooms.

Serve with mixed stir fry greens/Asian greens and/or rice or noodles.
