The team at Pino's Dolce Vita sure know their cured meats - and we searched (and tasted) long and hard to choose a beautifully complementary selection for your holiday entertaining. Wagyu bresaola (air-dried beef), a 24 month cured prosciutto from Italy and a free-range pork, fennel and garlic. All incredible.  All you have to do is decide whether you want to add our Christmas cheese selection to the mix or the chicken liver parfait. We know. It's tough.

Fennel salami - free-range pork, sea salt, fennel seed, white wine, garlic, sugar, vitamin C, dextrose, sodium nitrite, starter culture.

Prosciutto - pork, salt, antioxidant (316), sodium nitrite.

Serve with the Christmas cheese selection and chicken liver parfait, some good bread and/or your favourite crackers. The leftovers can be devoured in toasted sandwiches, on top of a Margherita pizza or in a salad with olives, feta, tomatoes and sliced pickled red onions.

Fresh product. Once opened, store covered in the refrigerator and consume within 72 hours. 

Remove from the packet and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before consuming.
