Prosciutto and Parmesan pizza
Introducing our prosciutto and Parmesan pizza. Sporting a crispy and substantial base, made to our specifications by an Italian baker, it's more than enough for two people (or one if you're hungry). We make a thick, rich sauce of tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano and basil and spread it across a thin pizza base which we then scatter with shredded mozzarella, thin slices of prosciutto and scatterings of Parmesan.
