We do love a European style pure pork sausage, with no filler or stodge. But add a few select flavourings - a bit of freshly cracked black pepper, Sicilian sea salt, fresh parsley, provolone dolce and fennel seeds - and suddenly you have something really special. Sausage making is an art and a science - one which we feel is best left to the experts. And the artisan butchers at Pino's Dolce Vita are at the top of the game. Lucky old us.

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw pork and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Defrost fully, then barbecue, grill or pan fry slowly in a little bit of oil and gently cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Alternatively, line a baking tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180C oven for approximately 20 minutes, turning once until cooked through.
