We do love a European style pure pork sausage, with no filler or stodge. But add a few select flavourings - a bit of freshly cracked black pepper, Sicilian sea salt, fresh parsley, provolone dolce and fennel seeds - and suddenly you have something really special. Defrost fully, then barbecue, grill or pan fry slowly in a little bit of oil and gently cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Alternatively, line a baking tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180C oven for approximately 20 minutes, turning once until cooked through.
