
Pork and fennel sausages
A good sausage is worth a trip to Italy - or at least across town to Pino's Dolce Vita. But so much easier having them come to us. These are top quality free-range pork sausages, perfect seasoned with freshly ground cracked peppe and sea salt and flavoured with fennel seeds and fresh garlic.

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw pork and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Defrost fully, then barbecue, grill or pan fry slowly in a little bit of oil and gently cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through, approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, line a baking tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180C oven for approximately 20 minutes, turning once until cooked through. Do not pierce! You want to keep all the juiciness inside the sausage.
