500g pack of bacon
Holbrook paddock eggs and Iggy's country sourdough loaf; or make BLTs, add to salads... Where can't you use a bit of bacon?
Cook in a low-medium frying pan or on a barbecue hotplate for five minutes or until the fat has rendered and the bacon is crisp on one side, then turn and cook a further two minutes or until done to your liking. Drain on kitchen towel before using.
