The experts at Lucas Meats make these delicious pork chipolatas with spices and just a little rice flour to bind them. We make them even more delicious by rolling them up in some thinly sliced streaky bacon.

Delicious for breakfast or to hand around with drinks with bbq, tomato or sweet chilli sauce on the side.
Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw pork and should be fully cooked before consumption.
Defrost fully before cooking. Place in a preheated 200C oven for 25 -30 minutes, or gently pan-fry or barbecue, turning occasionally for 10 - 12 minutes, until golden brown and cooked.
