Thai pork sausages
Basically, we've taken the ingredients for our favourite Thai stir-fry (pork mince, lime leaves, Thai basil, garlic, chilli, fish sauce and sugar), with all the sweetness, saltiness and freshness of the original, and wrapped them into a nifty sausage package. Pan-fry, barbecue or grill slowly and serve as you normally would a sausage or cut the cooked sausages lengthways in half and wrap in a lettuce leave with fresh herbs and sweet chilli sauce for more of an Asian taste experience. Just don't call it gourmet, right? Gluten free.
