This meal in a bowl has all the health and planet-saving qualites of the chickpea combined with the deliciousness of meatballs and chorizo, in a hearty Spanish tomato sauce - how could it fail to be both Moorish and more-ish? The pork meatballs are studded with toasted slivered almonds and are flavoured with a very Spanish combination of cinnamon, orange zest, fennel and paprika and roasted in the oven while we fry slices of chorizo and use its oil as a base for the rich tomato sauce. Defrost then reheat in a saucepan or microwave, stirring occasionally, till piping hot.
