British bangers with apple and sage
We flavour the pork for the sausages with tart Granny Smith apples and fresh sage, with seasoning and a little rice flour to bind. The resulting sausage is a bit sweet, a bit herby and totally delicious. They come in packs of 6 for a small and 12 for a large - ready for you to pan fry, grill, barbecue, or even bake in the oven.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a raw product and should be fully cooked before consumption.
TO COOK: Place in a lightly oiled fry pan or on a hot-plate or barbecue and cook gently over a low-medium heat, turning regularly, until browned on all sides and fully cooked. Don't prick them or they'll lose all their juiciness. Small is six sausages and large is twelve.
DEFROST INFORMATION: Suitable for freezing. Defrost and pat dry before cooking. Defrost overnight in the fridge and cook and consume within 48 hours.
