All-in-one penne alla Bolognese

Back to Home

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

It's a bit of a cliche, but the main ingredient in our meat sauce is time - it's the long, slow cooked that takes a handful of simple ingredients: pork and veal mince, diced vegetables, red wine, tomatoes and herbs and transforms them into something so much more than the sum of its parts.

Once it's made, we cook penne till al dente and toss the sauce through, then sprinkle it with freshly grated grana padano, ready for you to reheat at home.

INGREDIENTS

Pork and veal mince, celery, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, carrots, olive oil, onions, salt, red wine, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, penne pasta, grana padano.
