In addition to toasted spices, we add some currants to our kofta mix - you won't notice them but they add an intriguing background sweetness to the savoury lamb.

We do love any dinner where you can eat the plate!
To cook, just place on baking paper-lined trays and put in a 180C oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with pitta bread, hummus, harissa and tabbouleh. Also good as hand-around food with drinks, dipped in hummus or chilli sauce.
