Moroccan lamb harira
t's a hearty, warming mass of lamb, lentils, chickpeas and vegetables, spiced with Moroccan flavours like cinnamon, ginger and saffron and finished with plenty of freshly chopped coriander and parsley. Warm through and serve, with harissa on the side, either on its own as a soup with flatbreads or make it more substantial by serving over rice or cous cous. Gluten free. Suitable for freezing: defrost before reheating as above. One size only - serves two as a main course.
