
Slow-cooked beef stroganoff
First, we coat the beef in paprika and a little salt and pepper before browning off in the pan. We then add veal stock, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce and simmer slowly for 3 hours. Once the beef is tender we stir through sour cream, pan-fried mushrooms and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Small:
600g- serves two adults with accompaniments or more if tossed through pasta.
Serve with buttered mashed potato or fresh pasta and a simple green vegetable like spinach or beans.
Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.
DEFROSTED: Pierce the film and microwave for 4 minutes or until piping hot. Alternatively, empty into a saucepan and heat gently until piping hot.FROZEN: Pierce the film and microwave for 4 minutes then stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
