These buns are made by the good people at Breadtop and they're pretty amazing. They're allowed to rise twice making them super light, topped with sesame seeds before being baked in the oven.

Our best beef burger of course with all the trimmings - lettuce, mayo, pickles, cheese, onion, beetroot, Bangalow Bacon. Say that three times fast!

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

Allow your bun to defrost at room temperature. Cut your buns in half directly across the middle. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with olive oil and heat to medium-high. Toast cut side down in a frying pan for about 30-45 seconds or until golden brown, flip it over and toast for another 15-20 seconds.
