Smoky chilli beef with black beans

Back to Home

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

This is a deliciously deep, rich braise of beef and black turtle beans in a sauce of stock, tomato, spice and, for its essential smoke and fire, chipotle in adobo. We're using diced chuck here which stands up well to the long, slow cook and finish the dish with a handful of fresh coriander.

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil, beef, onion, garlic, tomato paste, ground coriander, ground cumin, chicken stock (free-range bones, feet, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, parsley, pepper), crushed tomato, chipotle in adobo, black turtle beans, coriander, salt.

ALLERGENS

CONTAINS:
Soy.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF:
Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Gluten, Dairy, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, Egg, Lupin.
PLEASE NOTE:
While we make every effort to ensure dishes are free of cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.
