This is a big ol' bowl of smoky Tex-Mex flavour just calling out for a campfire and a posse of dudes to share it. We're using diced chuck steak which we brown then braise in a deep, rich sauce of stock, tomato, spice and, for the essential smoke and fire, chipotle in adobo, with black turtle beans and fresh coriander to finish. Defrost then heat till piping hot.
