All-in-one Moroccan meatballs with cous cous

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

The same meatballs, spiced with coriander, cinnamon, paprika and cumin, in a saffron-scented sauce, on a bed of steamed cous cous, ready for microwave. Please note - this comes in a foil tray but it's microwave-safe, don't worry! Just make sure you only place one tray in the oven at a time. To microwave from frozen, pierce the film a few times and heat for 5 minutes, then peel back the plastic film and gently stir. Microwave for a further 4-5 minutes, or until piping hot. (4 minutes only if defrosted). Allow to rest for 1 minute and serve. To reheat in the oven from frozen, remove plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180C oven for 50-55 minutes, or until piping hot (25-30 minutes if defrosted). Serve with a sprinkle of coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.

Beef mince, almonds, egg, garlic, mint, parsley, chilli, sweet paprika, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, salt, pepper, onion, olive oil, crushed tomatoes, saffron, vegetable stock, fresh coriander, cous cous. (TREE NUTS, EGG, GLUTEN)
