
All-in-one Moroccan meatballs with cous cous
The same meatballs, spiced with coriander, cinnamon, paprika and cumin, in a saffron-scented sauce, on a bed of steamed cous cous, ready for microwave. Please note - this comes in a foil tray but it's microwave-safe, don't worry! Just make sure you only place one tray in the oven at a time. To microwave from frozen, pierce the film a few times and heat for 5 minutes, then peel back the plastic film and gently stir. Microwave for a further 4-5 minutes, or until piping hot. (4 minutes only if defrosted). Allow to rest for 1 minute and serve. To reheat in the oven from frozen, remove plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180C oven for 50-55 minutes, or until piping hot (25-30 minutes if defrosted). Serve with a sprinkle of coriander and a squeeze of lime juice.
