A perfect, microwaveable dinner for one, of the classic French beef braised in red wine, with a side partner of roughly mashed mixed root veg. Please note, this will come in a foil tray - but it's microwave safe.  Just make sure you only place one tray in the oven at a time.To microwave from frozen, pierce the film a few times and heat for 4 minutes, then peel back the plastic film and gently stir. Microwave for a further 2-3 minutes, or until piping hot. (4 minutes only if defrosted). Allow to rest for 1 minute and serve.
To reheat in the oven from frozen, remove plastic film, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes, or until piping hot (20-25 minutes if defrosted).
