Beef rendang with coconut rice

Pierce film and microwave for 3 minutes, peel back plastic film, stir both compartments gently, replace film loosely, then microwave for a further 1 (from defrosted) to 3 minutes (from frozen), or until evenly heated through. Allow to rest for a minute before serving.
DEFROST INFORMATION: defrost overnight in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and reheat within 48 hours.
